Sam Schernekau - Realtor/Broker
Sam Schernekau has received numerous awards over the years for residential real estate sales. His professional experience includes many years of Real Estate and New Custom Home experience. Sam attended Indiana University and Ft. Lauderdale University and received a BBA with a major in Real Estate. Continuing his education, he received the CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and GRI (Graduate Realtor Institute) designations. He also served as Chairman of the Century21 Scheetz Charitable Foundation. Sam has received numerous sales awards for residential Real Estate. Kristen is a tenured professional in the real estate industry and began her career as the Transaction Manager for Top-Producer, Stacy Barry. With over 400 of the team’s real estate transactions under her belt, first-hand experience has taught her what it takes to generate the best possible outcome for her buyers, sellers and investors. Kristen received her Bachelor’s degree from Indiana University in Bloomington and has professional experience in architectural interior design and project management. Her management skills are utilized to ensure that your real estate transaction flows smoothly from beginning to end. Kimsley is proud to have grown up in the great city of Indianapolis where she continues to call it home. Her roots are in the Meridian-Kessler neighborhood area. She is a Cathedral High School alumni and graduated from Indiana University with a BA in Geography. Her city awareness and local knowledge of Washington Township and the surrounding areas proves to be an asset when guiding and counseling home buyers and sellers. With a 15+ year background in the Marketing and Corporate Events industries, she is able to tap into her expertise with target market alignment and customer satisfaction. Julie Kniptash - Realtor/Broker
Julie was born and raised in the Indianapolis area. She graduated from Indiana University in 2004 and began her career in real estate at Century 21 Scheetz. In 2009, she decided to return to school for a Masters degree in Occupational Therapy from University of Indianapolis. After moving to Evansville for almost 4 years for work, her family happily moved back to Indy in November 2014. Feeling inspired by the growth and development taking place in Indy, Julie returned to Century 21 Scheetz in order to help people with their real estate needs.

Lee grew up in North Central Indiana and graduated from Ball State University in 2007. After graduation, he moved to Indianapolis and began working as a project manager. After five years of working in project management, Lee decided to change career paths and pursue a career in real estate. After working as an individual at CENTURY 21 Scheetz for 3 years, he decided to join the Barry-Schernekau Team. His philosophy is simple: clients come first. Richelle grew up in Southern Indiana before eventually moving to the Indianapolis area. She enjoyed a successful career as a Retail District Manager for over 13 years but ultimately decided to follow her heart into real estate.
